1. Scope of Services

LRC Automation Leads provides Meta advertising and performance marketing consultation and campaign management services, primarily across Facebook and Instagram. All deliverables, timelines, and specific management scopes are detailed in written client agreements.

2. No Guaranteed Advertising Results

Advertising performance is subject to external auction dynamics, audience behavior, creative reception, product-market fit, and Meta algorithm updates. While we execute disciplined, industry-standard strategies, LRC Automation Leads does not make claims of guaranteed sales, leads, revenue, or specific return on ad spend (ROAS). Past campaign methodologies do not guarantee identical outcomes across different accounts or business models.

3. Advertising Spend & Account Ownership

Clients are directly responsible for paying their advertising fees directly to Meta Platforms, Inc. via their own Meta Business Manager ad account billing profiles. LRC Automation Leads is not responsible for platform suspensions, billing interruptions, or ad rejections caused by Meta policy enforcement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate business information, prompt review of creative assets, and timely access to required advertising assets (e.g. Meta Business Manager, Pixel, website access for Conversions API).

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials published on this website are the property of LRC Automation Leads or their respective licensors and are protected under copyright and trademark law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LRC Automation Leads shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or advertising management services.
